I just went to the next whataburger. The car line had a few cars went inside and it was like I wasnt even there no acknowledgment. The drive thru was most important. Onto the next one

It should not take 30 mins to order and sit in the drive thru to get food. Ridiculous. Hire more people.

Ive never in my life been served raw chicken tenders.. only thing they offered in return was a coupon for a free burger with buying another item lol smh. Night shift has been nothing but a disappointment every time I went. Never eating at this location again.

Anytime I go to Whataburger I know I am going to get great food. Hot and fresh and made the way I want it. The service is always great. I love their attitude and friendly greeting when I walk in.

I was extremely disappointed in the service of this establishment. I used the app to cash out my point to get a free shake. First of all, after I told the lady I was there for an app order, she did not notify me that they were not making shakes or malts. Instead, she told me to have a seat and wait. After nearly 10 minutes, I stepped back up to the counter only to be told that my order could not be made and that my points could not be recovered. So I wasted my time and my earned points and never got anything. The attitude of the staff was very disrespectful, and I will probably take my business to another establishment.
