We are so happy with our experience with Jared! We came to him needing to sell our new build home that we had only lived in for a year. We were selling in a neighborhood that was very saturated with homes that were still building along with many 3 year old homes that were also on the market. Selling in a niche location like Aledo we wanted a realtor who really understood the area, Jared is from Parker county and still lives here so that was perfect! In a competitive market, we received an offer relatively soon after listing and were able to accept it easily. Jared was an outstanding realtor! We had quite a complicated road to buying our home in Aledo - we are a military family who lived in Italy while searching for a home in the Fort Worth area. Jared set up a search for us and we were notified via email anytime a home that had the criteria we were looking for came on the market. Whenever we saw one we liked, Jared was able to look at it for us and video call with us so we could see it. He was really great about showing us homes at times were were available, despite our 7 hour time difference. When we were ready to put in an offer on a house, Jared really did his research and made sure we were putting in a fair offer. Once we were in escrow, he was there to help us every step of the way, from inspections all the way through to setting up a mobile notary and wire transfer. We weren't able to be present for the inspection, pre-and post- walk throughs, but Jared went and made sure we were kept in the loop. Jared really gained our trust early on and he was a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a home in the Fort Worth area, Jared is definitely who you want to call!

10/10 would recommend Jared Benson for all your real estate questions and needs. My husband and I moved to the area from out of state and he made himself very available whenever we were in town to show us homes and work with us on a quick schedule! Years later we sold that home quickly and purchased a new one! We really felt all of our needs were met and overall had the best experience buying and selling our homes. We never felt pressured into anything and communication was always very clear. Can't recommend Jared and his team enough!
