I initially listed my home with another realtor who turned out to be incompetent. I heard about Kirk from a friend whose home he had sold. I contacted Kirk and he quickly found buyers for my home. The closing was anti-climatic and if ever I have another home to sell Kirk will be my first call. I highly recommend Kirk to anyone looking to either buy or sell a home.
