Nathan Vasseur is a top notch real estate professional. He helped us sell an automotive building we owned in Texas. Even though we live in CA it was a seamless process with Nathan. He's responsive, trustworthy, relatable, smart, and fun to work with. I felt like he more than earned his commission. He's a good negotiator and the deal closed without a hitch. I cant recommend Nathan Vasseur highly enough. He helped me sell a property in TX my elderly parents co-owned. With multiple people involved he was incredibly patient and took the time to answer our 100 questions. Hes strategic, responsive, trustworthy, professional and fun to work with. He closed our deal on time while navigating issues that arose with ease. We live in California so he handled everything for us in Texas. I feel like Nathan more than earned his commission.
