AVOID. RUN AWAY FAST. Unethical Con-artists. This company has violated Federal Law Code 47 U.S.C. 227 with me and others (a penalty of $1500). And this company is currently under investigation by TREC for gross ethics violations and other violations. Chris Hinze (owner and CEO) outright lied to me in person into entering a written and hand-shaked contract under pretense of him personally buying my property only as a landlord investor, and not in the role as a licensed real estate agent. Then just before option date he attempted low-balling me in a Bait-and-Switch tactic. His office (not him as landlord) called saying they are $15,000 too low in repair costs, and Chris claims a totally different argument of the housing market dropping $15,000 overnight, giving me MLS listings showing my house is valued $61,000 more than his new lowered asking price (read that carefully again he is wants me to sell my house $15,000 cheaper because the market shows my house is worth much more once it is fixed up). On top of that, Title Company documented refusal of Chris to pay the earnest money so the contract was nullified after 3 days yet he led me on for 2 weeks to attempt a bait-and-switch criminal tactic. Upon fraud disclosure, Chris cancelled the contract to purchase my house because I would not entertain his dishonest activity of pressuring a seller just before closing to re-contract for wholesale prices for him to immediately resell to a flipper.

Chris and his team were extremely helpful and professional during the entire process. They went over and above all of my expectations and made my house-selling experience very pleasant and smooth. An excellent turn-key operationthe entire team is very knowledgeable of real estate processes and they have excellent reach-back to a wide array of contractors to help with last-minute repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling real estate.
