Morris approached us to sell our house and told us that the Granbury market was low in inventory. He said he could sell our house for an amount that was too hard to not sell. We had it for sale three times before, 2 years earlier, by 3 different realtors. Very little traffic and no offers for a price that was nearly half of what Morris sold it for. Morris showed our property more in 6 months than all other realtors combined. Great job, great personality, great realtor.
