Chase Realty DFW

I have been working with Chase Realty and Ms. Ashley Martin for approximately 1 year. Ashley has been managing 14 SFRs in the Dallas suburbs on our behalf. While Ashley performs some of the required management tasks well, she struggles with the accounting and processing rent in a timely manner. She promises that she will process rent payments to the landlord on the 8th of each month however, in reality, most rent is paid middle of the month. This month March 2024 it is now the 16th and I have still not received rent. What rent payments she does process are questionable as the accounting is difficult to reconcile. She is extremely poor at communication and often makes excuses for poor performance.

I highly recommend Chase Realty DFW when looking for a realtor and especially their agent Kathy McDonald. Kathy helped make a complicated process very easy with her extensive knowledge and guidance. Every time I needed her (which was a lot) she was immediately available. I cant thank her enough.
