Josh did a fine job. There were some pretty complex title exceptions and it took some patience and expertise to remove those as obstacles to our closing. He worked with the title company to make all that happen.

Overrated realtor. Uninvolved. Uninformed. Constantly asking questions he should know the answer to. At the last minute. During showings. Did not even bother to show up to closing. He will show up to cash his big fat check. What. A. Disappointing. Human.

I cant say enough good things about Josh Mills. Trying to find a good real estate agent, whom you can trust, is even scarier than buying a used car. After failing to find a home on our own, my wife and I called Josh Mills and it was the best decision we could have made. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable, always available, KIND, and fought for us every step of the way. Josh Mills found my family our last two homes and if we move again, Josh will be the only agent we ever call.
