They are great property managers and landlords. They will fix things quickly and try to check in if things are wrong. Ignore the negative reviews, just pay rent on time, keep the place clean, and if you need something ask.

Worst company ever they REFUSED to fix the heater the the house i rented for 6 months all through the winter worh no heat then wanted to raise the rent when i said they needed to fix the heater in order for me to pay a high rent they told me to move out then turned around and charged me for time i wasn't even at the house! ZERO STARS! Mattie crow and tim crow are horrible people and key properties is a horrible company beware of this company the are theives!!
