I am a current tenant with this company, you must be careful about having accidents in their homes as a renter! I have been accused of ignoring them several times now, even though I work from 7pm to 7 am. They do not understand that some people work schedules outside of theirs. I was checking to see why my toilet was running after I came home, when I was placing the lid back onto the tank one end slipped out of my hand and it hit the tank. This caused the Tank to crack from above the handle to the bottom of the tank. I was told this was my fault for the toilet cracking and I am having to buy a toilet and pay for the plumber to come make the repairs! I am so frustrated over this! No one intentionally goes around destroying a property. Then I could not call a plumber of my choice I was made to use the company they use for their properties. JD and Jeannette are not very pleasant to deal with. I will not be renewing my lease.

I was a renter many years ago and was frustrated about the manager Amy there. It was always hard to get in touch with her and she was not responsive. They put you on hold for 20 mins and told you they were too busy to help you. I had to find the contact of the broker on my own to resolve the issue. It was my worst experience with realtors.

I've been a tenant with them for almost 7 years and they are so AWESOME! They're reasonably priced, genuine and ain't here to just take your money. Anytime I need them they're an email away. Don't let anything malfunction or break cus they'll have their handymen at your door prepared to fix any issue in 2 seconds! Being a tenant with them has gave me so much comfort knowing me and my kids have genuine people around us!
