It very hard to reach anyone no matter the time of day I call. I have a client looking to get an update on her application and no one picks up or returns voicemails. I didn't expect to chase down a company to give business but maybe its how they deal with agents? I saw another agent give a similar review.

The property managers are very unresponsive and hard to get a hold of. They do have an app that makes maintenance problems easier to get fixed. The only reason I cannot give them more than two stars is how they treat client once they leave. They decided that my deposit needed to be used to update the property with over a $1,500 which were the same problems they refused to fix when I moved in. In addition, the house had serious foundations issues that left cracks in the walls which they stated was my responsibility to fix so they deducted that out of my deposit too. I would advise anyone who leases a property from them to take pictures of the whole house before you move in so they can't scam you into paying for things that THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR!

I love this management company! First off they made the process of getting into this house streamlined and easy. Answered all of my questions quickly and appropriately! Now that Ive been here for a while they are STILL quick to respond to any questions. Maintenance request are easy to make online and they repair stuff right away! If youre looking for a house with a good property management company this one is the real deal! Im very blessed to live in this house and know I have good people Im working with. Thank yall!

I had an issue with previous property management and when True Guard took over management (about 3 years ago now) everything seemed to get a lot easier. Tom has always been responsive and honest about situations and DeSean stays on top of any maintenance issues and tenant communication. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
