Terrible company. Needed electrical issue fixed for 3 weeks and no help and rude.

Has anyone talk to them? They are not answering calls or text or emails or the resident portal. It seems as if someone has stolen their client list and calling and pretending to be them trying to get money. Do we need to go up to the office?

Darwin uses UNLICENSED vendors to make repairs. My unit has FAILED City of Dallas Code Inspection and they won't release me from my lease agreement! They want me to sign a 30 day notice to vacate which leaves me liable for my lease agreement. My unit has major electrical issues and the HVAC unit hasn't worked in 4 months. If you're in Texas and are having issues with Darwin, report your unit to the city code enforcement (City of Dallas did an inspection for me within a week and sent a violation to the owner), report Darwin to TREC, and report their unlicensed vendors to TDLR.

I'm renting one of their properties and they don't really respond to my emails and don't call me back. They havent been fixing anything that they said would be fixed. Bad fencing, bad foundation, just would not recommend

Horrib1e company, plumbing leaking for months damag1ng inside. Had 4 bids, will not fix & its been months. Fencing rotten and damaged and dogs attacking thru & will not fix. Worst company!
