Lockwood Property Management

We recently started having Lockwood Property Management manage our home in Haltom City and have been very pleased with their approach. Both Jamie and Sherri have been very professional yet personable during the entire process. They have provided direction and guidance in what and how to update the property to make it appealing to tenants. Jamie is always very easy to get a hold of and has gone above and beyond to not only care for our home but for us personally as well. Can't speak highly enough of this couple and company.

Jamie & Sherri are great people to work with. They helped manage my property for around 5 years. If they was a problem they handle it. I would definitely recommend them for help in managing your properties.

I appreciate all the support and advice that Jamie and Shari have given me with my two properties. Jamie always shops around for the best prices for my repairs, gives insight on how to deal with issues, educates me on rules and laws. He takes time to explain options and even helped me with things that were not part of his job duties. Such as helping me with the purchase of a new Mobil home on my property. Jamie does drive by my properties and keeps an eye on them. Best property management company that I have ever had. I had others that I have worked with in the past that I would give a one star rating to. It is so nice to work with people I can trust.
