    Jene is the main go to for any property for rent with this company. If u MUST rent from her, im warning u she is a SLUMLORD & I HAVE THE PICS TO PROVE IT. I also spent almost 4k moving in & it only included a deposit & 1 month rent. IVE MOVED OUT & TRUST ME WHEN I SAY I RAN FROM HER SHE IS BAT CRAZY & I CANNOT EVEN ATTEMPT A NORMAL OR PRODUCTIVE CONVERSATION WITH HER. SHE IS DILUSSIONAL, A COMPULSIVE LIAR & DOES NOT CARE AT ALL WHATSOEVER ABOUT THE FAMILIES SHE RENTS TO OR THE HOMES SHE RENTS TO THEM. PLEASE FIND SOMEONE WHO WONT TELL U THAT MAGGOTS & ROACHES ARE "NORMAL" FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR. JUST RUN WHILE U STILL CAN!! I even found that the Lake Worth police, constables, other property owners & city workers find her to be a complete joke & impossible to work with. I was told by a uniformed official "I feel for u having to be a tenant of hers, I know what u have to deal with" THATS SAD BUT ITS SO TRUE. VERY MUCH AN INDEPENDENT management company, much different rules & standards than any place I've rented from in 7 states. If u DO RENT FROM THEM, Be prepared to spend a lot of time & bring your checkbook with a VERY WEALTHY ACCOUNT BALANCE bc u wont even get a key or lease without paying a minimum of $3,470. THIS ONLY INCLUDES 1 MONTH OF RENT & "FEE'S" & A DEPOSIT SHE WILL REASSURE U MOST LIKELY WONT GET BACK. Good luck but PLEASE DONT WISH U HAD LISTENED!!

    The pic of the carpet is what it looked like the DAY I MOVED IN. All of my socks, my kids socks literally had 2b trashed after we moved out bc they were so black even washed in bleach. There puddles of water in the windows when it rains bc there's no seals & a couple of the windows don't even have locks so someone can come in ANYTIME THEY WANT. The pics of the duplex itself is 2 show A) The trash & yard which I HAD 2 Pay the fine for 1 month after moving in. The trash had been there for 2 months according 2 the neighbors & city. So since she wouldn't get the trashed cleaned up in the time amount they gave her THEY FINED ME! Upon this discovery & when I asked her for a refund she said absolutely not. About 90% of the outlets had no covers when I moved in. Like many other things I had 2 personally replace or fix. Even the stove was broken & she said it wasn't her problem 2 go buy a new 1. 2 of the doors wouldn't open bc of broken knobs pieces so when she took them off 2 see what I was talking about she took the knobs off & left the door just like this. The other pics are of my EXTREMELY CLEAN BATHROOM within the 1st week of living there. It was immaculate not only clean but I replaced a broken faucet set, the flapper in the toilet, the shower head needed replaced so I bought a new 1 PLUS PAINTED & SPACKLED THE DISGUSTING BROWN WALLS. I ALSO had 2 buy new toilet seats for both bathrooms bc they were both ALSO BROKEN. SOME OF HER RULES ARE ALSO COMPLETELY INSANE LIKE U CANT SPEAK 2 The other neighbors or go 2 their homes (she told me this), u can't have cameras on the property, u can't use your own pest control for the maggots & insane amount of roaches there. She also says u may not have friend or family over for a night. They can come for a day but not stay all night or the tenant will be paying an extra fee for another occupant. Trust me there's alot more but I don't have 2 hours 2 explain how bad this experience was. I have learned alot however & I've already hired an attorney 2 help me recover some of my damages. PS the other pic someone added also of the big beautiful brick home that sits on 4 acres of plush green grass. My disgust with that is bc her tenants must live in a roach invaded home with no appliances, nasty carpet, holes in the walls, all broken toilets but it's ok bc her home is over 10k sq feet?? Disgusting to say the least & IM SO GLAD IM FINALLY OUT OF THERE & Dont have 2 deal with it anymore Hope this helps!
