Interesting that this is a not for profit organization, however when an organization that pays them to provide Mental Health Care for patients they have no issues throwing those that are no longer funded to the curb with out notice!! You only find out 8 months after as you attempt to get your script's refilled that to you are no longer a patient!! No, sorry we can no longer treat you, but here are some alternative programs that can help you. So they refilled the script one time during COVID-19 so your just assumed that they were not actively swing patients until the state reopened to phase 2. Just like getting in to see any other specialist you have to get a referral the be evaluated by the new Dr. Since mental health programs are so scarce they are hard to get into,it's not just like going to a new PCP. I think that you folks dropped the ball here and I am saddened by all the folks that this has effected. Not for profit means you find another company that will help pay for your clients, not just drop them. I am sure medicare would have paid for your services. We were only seeing the Dr. Once every 3 months and your weekly at home visits were great but over time they were more like maybe monthly visits. The visits were not productive as you asked a couple questions and left. Could have picked up the phone and called to get the answers to the same questions each visit. Again I am very disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service this company has.

This place is top notch. They care about their clients as well as the families. They know everyone needs support when dealing with autism.

I am very happy I found a big support system. Staff is best. Awesome place ishi love this place and especially her teachers.
