Ace Plumbing

My 97 year old mother was having issues with her plumbing. Ace came out and took out all of the working parts of her 65 year old toilet and replaced them with their own. The toilet no longer works after this "repair." They came out a second time and tinkered, but it still doesn't work. They said "we will do whatever it takes to make her happy." We bought a new toilet and asked them to install it...they said "no, we've already been out there twice." They charged $200 for this non-repair.

Tech was nice;but, he only ran a snake which cost $225 from the out side pipe to our septic tank and stated it was all clear.. he did not check the bath room where backup started. I asked what the blockage was and his response was, he didn't know;but, he could run a camera into the pipe for another $295. He also stated that if we have trouble flushing over the next 2 months to call them. After this fix, we were blocked up in 2 days of this fix. NO, I did not call them and will not recommend the company.
