Don't order from plastic mart their customer service has no answers I ordered 2 tanks for my food truck 60 days ago and have only recieved one tank. For the 2nd tank I have been given 5 different dates on when my tank will ship they just keep extending it with no answer to why. They need to hold their manufacturers to a higher standard if they want to stay in business themselves. Also they need to usher themselves into the technology age and have some sort of online portal for order tracking instead of their customer service reps who I have stated in the past have no answers. If you are starting a business or running a business don't rely on plastic mart because it will only hurt your own business.

Called and talked to staff before ordering explaining what I needed. The model they said I needed arrived with incorrect fittings and is unusable. I also paid 60.00 for shipping and the tank arrived wrapped poorly in 2 sheets of Saran Wrap and is scratched and gouged. Customer service said its not their issue and they cant help me. Do not buy from tank depot or plastic mart as they are the same company. Id suggest looking elsewhere first. Funny thing is customer Shawn from customer service is willing to offer me a discount if I buy more stuff from them. Now why would I do that? Continued Youll see a response from a Julia to this review apologizing for my experience and asking me to email her to get it all figured out. For the record I did email Julia as well as Shawn from customer service. They did NOT resolve my issue. In fact Julia never even responded. This is a Save Face response to make review checkers feel as tho the company made right. They didnt. The product is exactly the same no matter where you buy it. Dont buy it from Tank Depot or Plastic Mart. They are the same company. Just look at the reviews! I can only hope this review will cost the company exponentially more money in diverted sales than it would have cost them to fix the issue. I will post a video on my YouTube channel as well in hopes of warning future customers of the terrible customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered (2) 40 gallon tanks. Only one of them delivered. It was not packaged whatsoever so it was extremely dirty. The other tank never arrived. They would not issue me another tank so I could fulfill my order to my customer until UPS located the lost tank. I finally ordered what I needed from another company and wanted to return the (1) dirty tank I did receive, and cancel the lost tank that I didn't receive. They are going to charge me $15.50 restocking fee, $103.54 for UPSG label which would leave me with a refund of $35.96 for a tank I paid $155.00 for. Plus I already paid them $194.00 for UPS shipping, and I didn't even receive half the order. Shawn is the person I spoke with, also. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

Shopped around for a 1100 to 1500 water tank for days and contacted Tank Depot representative Amanda Laws. What a difference a dedicated and pleasant saleslady can make. Amanda was patient, knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of my purchase. I know where I will go if I ever need another tank. Thanks a lot Amanda! TF

Ordered a brand new 525 black leg tank. What I got looked like it fell off the back of a truck in a gravel parking lot. Actually had rocks embedded into the plastic itself. Escalated the request to some supervisor lady and she was really rude and only wanted to credit me 250 bucks of the 1500 I paid. Had to file a visa dispute to get the rest. They could take the tank back for all I care, thing is trashed on delivery which came strapped to a pallet. Actually said protective plastic wrapping costs extra which was never offered to an me. Low quality service, stay away.
