Grimaldi's Pizzeria

Came in for a take out pizza at 9:20 and told me they were closed. Says theyre opened until 10 on Thursdays.

Unfortunately, our recent experience at Grimaldi's Pizza left much to be desired. Despite there being only a few occupied tables and ample staff, we were met with subpar service and disappointing food quality. Our server claimed to be too busy to fetch kids menus from the counter, and we were informed that dessert options were limited because the dessert server had already left for the day. When I asked the manager about providing dough for the kids to play with, I was met with an attitude rather than a helpful response. To make matters worse, the food took an excessively long time to arrive, and when it did, it was sloppy and underwhelming. Overall, we felt unappreciated and unwelcome. It's disheartening to leave a restaurant feeling like our patronage was not valued. Regrettably, we won't be returning to Grimaldi's Pizza in the future.

Our bartender Louis is on point. So attentive and personable. Pizza is always great here.

We've been eating at various Grimaldi's for over 20 years including the original one in Brooklyn. It is hands down the best authentic New York style pizza. The Fort Worth location does not disappoint; great food and service. We had an issue recently and the manager Richard was so gracious and fixed the problem immediately. They really care about doing things right and I highly recommend them.
