Ordered pizza and it didn't arrive. Called up and reordered pizza shows up, but it's the wrong order. Called back and questioned the manager. Said your order will show up, when it did opened box up and it tasted like it had been under heat lamp for an hour. Pretty sure it was order that had not arrived. Horrible customer service skills and mediocre to poor pizza. I would not recommend

Look, I like Domino's pizza, I love the garlicky crust they use, and I'm diggin those new cute little parmesan bread bites... But the issue I have is with their coupon pricing when ordering online... Twice now I have applied a coupon that's supposed to offer me a discounted price, but when you go to check out, the discount just isn't applied. It'll clearly lists the coupon at the top for, let's say $9.99 for a Med 2 topping pizza, and then right below that it shows your med 2 topping pizza for 11.99. But the kicker was when I went to the store to show them so that I could get my discount - the young lady cashing me out said she would go get her manager to handle the situation. But that didn't happen. The young lady came back and said "he said there's nothing he can do about the online pricing, so you'll have to pay whatever it states online." I thought it was strange that the manager wasn't able to just apply a discount of a dollar or two there at the register, but what errked me is that he/she didn't care enough to come out themselves and explain and/or apologize to a customer who's getting ripped off, why they weren't able to do anything at all to fix the situation or appease the customer. I mean my God, they could've offered a physical coupon to use next time, or just taken the time and have the decency to do at least get out of your chair... I dunno, maybe I'm overreacting because I work in a restaurant, in the FOH, and we just handle those situations more professionally.
