CVS Pharmacy

They need to train their techs better, they dont know how to type a script and tell me my Insurance only covers a 15 day supply. Techs disrespect the pharmacist, they are not under staff. They just need better training.

These idiots want to deny me getting my prescription because they haven't gotten confirmation from my DR when they refuse to answer the phone. I got hung up on twice and the hole time I was there the phone was ringing and yet it never got answered m how are you going to confirm a prescription when you literally won't do the easiest part of your job, answering a phone

Good news is. You all are the second worst pharmacy ive ever been too. The walgreens on East Lancaster wins the trophy for worst pharmacy with you all coming in close second place. Neither of you locations have managers , or techs that hold eachother accountable and get the job done for your customers efficiently and urgently. Both locations play back and forth phone tag I did transfer it, No i never got it. Having me waste time, money, and gas days after days as well as calling. Today was my second ER visit , with yesterday being my first ER visit because neither of you can get my prescription to me without it being 4 or more days. My medication if i don't have can be life threatening, or have to be taken daily for the rest of my life. On two separate occasions Ive went through this with the both of yalls locations. Please do better! Ill never waste my time here again. Theres is a reason you all have terrible ratings and reviews.
