Groomings fine. They dont understand polite communication. We walked in when they were grooming our dog and we were watching through the window. Instead of politely asking us to not, she mouth yelled through the window YOU NEED TO GO! Definitely doesnt understand customer service. Alexis is the employee, she needs to be put in check. When the checkout groomer rang us up she provided us with excuses rather than owning up to how inappropriate their communication style was. No more grooming for us there. Meanwhile the store staff there are AMAZING, polite and very helpful.

I come to this location a lot for my fur babies needs. I recently started a new hobby of getting fishes. I've always done a Betta but after my Fred passed I decided to try and have more than one. In the few times I've gone to either buy a fish or things I need it was pleasant and got the help. But recently I went to try and buy a pelco a young lady working in the fish department questioned every detail of what size of fish tank I had, how many fishes. Apparently a 3 gallon with 2 mollies was too small and denied service. Even after I said I am upgrading tank soon and I want a pelco and she refused to give me a pelco. I ended up going to petsmart and had no issues at all. Then yesterday I went to get 2 mor mollies because I ended up with a 10 gallon and and same young lady and kind you 4 weeks later from my last visit, questioned me and I just told look I just want 2 mollies to add. She said nope. I am not selling you any fishes. You now have a pelco and it's taking up all the space in your tank. I was like ma'am that gosh is only 1 inch!! I said just please give me the 2 fishes I am asking for it is my tank, my personal hobby. She said nope I am not selling you anything. I told her you're refusing service to a customer. She said I'm sorry, but I am not giving you what you want. I believe that if one knows what their doing it is a store employee to help and recommend things to a customer but refuse to give a fish or two and there's a ton in all their tanks?! And most of the time they have dead fish in them!! I'm not ever going there to purchase any fishes or anything anymore. You just can't get any help as before.
