I had recently ordered an Upstand and a Mini from Dede for my Maltese. One evening I received a phone call from her about my recent order. I must admit, I was a little taken back by this since this was the first time a live person called me about an order I had placed online. She had called to confirm I had ordered the right size for my dog. It was so nice of her to take the time to do that. She was also very helpful in giving me some pointers on how to use the Upstand & Mini and different ways I could try grooming my dog who is somewhat a challenge. It's so nice to know that there are still people in this world like Dede, who care and have an old school approach on customer service. This kind of customer service goes a long way in my books these days! Dede should be commended for her efforts and the fact that she goes out of her way to call customers. Let's face it, most customer service these days is lacking any kind of effort and most of the time representatives are rude and sometimes you don't even get to speak to anyone except a stupid recording which doesn't always have the option(s) to help you with your specific issue(s). Just wish there were more businesses out that would add back that human contact element. Good customer service is key and goes a long way! Thank you, Dede, for being such a down to earth person!
