        Called and voicemail box was full. I texted the number and noone ever responded to me for an appt. Very unprofessional. Wish I could give zero stars.

        Poor first impression - as someone that is new to the area I was taken back by the rudeness of the person that answered the phone. She made it clear that she was not interested in grooming my dog with the tone of her voice and the way she communicated. She stated they were booked out until 6/2 after finding out the breed of my dog and began to hang up.
