I left my dog very sad, I left him horrible, I almost didn't cut him, the dog stinks and he has some dirty loose dogs omg it was a bad experience, I don't recommend it, she is good but her work is bad

I have brought my elderly English bull dog and Dalmatian here many times over the past few years and trust them 100% with my babies. They do a wonderful job and truly care for the pets as their own.

Ive taken my dog to Zoom grooming a few times, the previous time was on March 1st and they did a good job (first pic). I took her again this week and asked for a trim all over to even out her coat, but that was not what she was given at all, she was completely scalped. She does not look like a Labradoodle now, or even the same dog to say the least. She also has 2 small wounds, and when I called to ask about it she stated they were scabbed over, insinuating that they were old cuts which is not true, they were fresh. Even if that were the case, I would think this is something that could have been brought to my attention. To make it worse, she charged me $100 when Ive always paid $70 and she stated her prices had gone up. This is something that needs to be mentioned before the service, not after. I understand costs have increased, and accidents happenbut you also need to take accountability and be professional.
