First call: female answered very friendly and asked if I can be on hold, I said yes. Brief hold and she came back, still friendly, asking how she can help. I replied, friendly as well, wanting to make a reservation. She hung up. Second call: straight to hold, waited to the point of getting to their voicemail. I am aware I can make a reservation online (I did, I just had to submit my request), but I had signed up for the first night free and the email said they'll reach out to me and I was calling to inquire about that since I never received anything back. I wasn't able to get to this point because she hung up.

Staff is very friendly and attentive to our pets needs. Will continue to board our dogs with them.

I have used PetSuites Alliance many times over the last year for boarding and always had very good experiences. My pups always come home happy and are happy to return. However, they recently completely changed their pricing structure by increasing the per night fee, eliminating their 30% multi per discount, and adding a new extended care fee for pickups after 10am. There was no notification sent to customers via email or text about this change and nobody pointed it out when I checked in. I was simply hit with a 30% higher bill than usual at checkout. Price increases are understandable, but such a high amount and the sneaky way of introducing it is dishonest and just bad customer service.
