Kid Care Pediatrics

It pains me to write this because my daughter has been a patient here for many years and this was supposed to be her last visit as she has now aged out of pediatrics. The doctors and nurses have always provided exceptional service, HOWEVER because of the encounter I had with one individual in particular, I would be remiss if I did not share this with the public. My daughter went in today to obtain the results for a screening that she had taken earlier in the week while I waited in the car. When my daughter returned to our car, she told me that she would have to take the test again because we did not come back within the 3 day window to obtain the results. Naturally, I went into the office and inquired with the RECEPTIONIST about the information relayed to my daughter. I asked her why I was not informed about the 3 day window. She then tells me that she explained this to me when we came in earlier that week. I reminded her that she told me that we should return for the results within AT LEAST 3 days and to do so before 3pm. (Hence why I put it on my calendar to come in TODAY before 3pm for the results) The RECEPTIONIST then goes on to explain to me that my daughter also acknowledged a 48-72 hour timeframe for the reading of the test on a document that she signed on the initial visit. So I return to my vehicle, advise my daughter to go back inside to obtain a copy of this executed form so that I can view it. The paper DID NOT mention anything about returning for the results nor a timeframe to do so. So my daughter and I return to the office to discuss this matter with the RECEPTIONIST. When confronted about her lies, she immediately gets defensive and doubles down, expressing that she never told me that my daughter signed a document specifying a 48-72 hr timeframe for the reading. The RECEPTIONIST then tells me that I should leave or SHE would be calling the POLICE! Keep in mind, that I was never belligerent towards this person nor disrespectful in any manner. This matter could have been easily rectified with better communication and some level of accountability from the RECEPTIONIST. This event was highly traumatic and there is no reason for any person in the service industry to be so unprofessional and misinformed. I do hope this RECEPTIONIST is reprimanded as she has created a NEGATIVE experience for both myself and my daughter and is a poor reflection of this business.

Dr. Mckane! Is wonderful with my daughter has provided great feedback and continuation of care. We moved from El Paso and were super worried about starting over but this clinic and doctor has made it a breeze!

My family had gone here for the last 20 years, since my brother and my 8 and 2 year olds, but over the last coupe of years the front of house staff, especially the office manager, are completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place to ANY family.

Dr. Williams is the absolute best. She is so knowledgeable but also personable, and our girls are so excited to see her at every visit. She trusts and always takes the parents opinion into consideration, and involves the kids in their appointments as not just a patient but their own advocates. Highly recommend!

We loved Dr. Gomez! The Kid Care Pediatrics team was always quick to respond when we had concerns. I really appreciate the summary sheet we received after each milestone check in visit- so helpful and informative. Wish we didn't have to move away!
