Dr. Marcus S. Ozaeta

This is the BEST pediatrics office EVER! All 3 of my kids have been followed by Dr. Ozaeta for the past 14 years. I am thankful for him and his wonderful office staff!! Gina is the bomb!

We have been coming to this office since 2016 when our son was born the receptionist Gina made it a point to learn our sons name from the first visit and has not forgotten it or gotten it wrong since! We love her bubbly personality and our son loves her as well. We started seeing Dr. Ozaeta in 2020 & he is so thorough with his care he explains everything so that not only we understand but our son does too! Definitely recommend this office

We love Dr Ozaeta, but the office has seriously gone downhill since they moved to the new location. Weve constantly had to wait well past our scheduled appointment time. Their office used to have a much more friendly and welcoming feel. Now I just feel like were a number waiting to be processed. Even trying to get my childrens shot records for school was a major ordeal.

I wanted to write a personal thank you review to Dr Ozeata, my son (5 y/o) was experiencing severe abdominal pain and I called right when the office opened and reserved a 3pm appointment and left a VM for his nurse explaining his symptoms, she called me back very quickly and told me that they would squeeze me in at 8:45 (less than an hour after they opened) because his symptoms sounded worrisome, after Dr Ozaeta evaluated my son he referred us to the cooks emergency room for an ultrasound of his abdomen, he explained that he thought my son may have an appendicitis and that they would let the ER know we were coming, he was correct and the entire team at Cooks Childrens from our initial appointment to the ER and surgery was very just smooth and I am just very grateful to Dr Ozeata and his staff for getting us in office as quickly as they did and for Dr Ozeata recognizing what was going on with him and letting the ER know we were coming before it got worse for him, thank you so so much!
