Horrible service. Communication is non-existent. Waited 5 days for a call back and nothing. Professionalism ceases to exist here. Take your children elsewhere!

My daughter's were in the office for over 1 hr and 30 min. At the same time time other many children were in and out within 30 min.

The reviews speak for this doctor office. Its a shame the management doesnt care. The doctors are great but the front desk are sadly disappointing.
We have been a patient at this office since July 2023. Every single time we have come there has been an issue with administration.
Including examples: Irma - the manager of the office confusing my husband for another father and giving us incorrect billing information. Our nurse having the wrong childs information pulled up including incorrect vaccine records. Double charging us. Sending our prescriptions to a town 30 minutes away and not acknowledging the mistake and having us to have to wait to get very much needed medication.
Waiting an hour to an hour and a half in a windowless, cold room with a diaper only wearing infant. This office lacks warmth in every definition of it. We are beyond disappointed in this office and will not be coming back.
