Love the front office ladies, all the nurses, and Dr. Dalela. I have 3 kids and we really enjoy coming here. The entire staff is receptive, responsive, and kind.

Really liked this place when we first started coming with our newborn, but as time passed we realized this wasnt the place for us. We dont oppose vaccinations, but would rather space them out due to our child being so young and tiny. When we told the doctor we wanted to wait on some of them she was not happy and was very pushy about getting them out of the way. It was like what we were saying was going in one ear and out the other. Once we realized she didnt care what our concerns were or what we wanted, we decided to change doctors.

This place has So much potential if they had a difference Doctor. The front desk, nurses all wonderful. Dr. Dalela is not a good Pediatrician. My daughter is almost 1 and is fully vaccinated, 3 of her vaccines I had deferred because I felt the CDC guidelines was too clustering and felt the Canadian guidelines were more safe. Mind you- My daughter received 15 of her vaccination, she is not even 1 yet. During my last visit I had mentioned wanting to delay her MMRV vaccine- just DELAY and Dr Dalela gave me an ultimatum- Follow the CDC guidelines EXACTLY or find another provider. So one month before the Holidays I opted to find another Doctor. She is a textbook, checklist Physician who simply wants to check off what is required to ask and becomes childishly irritated at Any deviation. She had rolled her eyes at me anytime I questioned the vaccines, if I asked her any questions- her response was Thats the recommendation but never provided any solid evidence based reasoning as to WHY its the recommendation, when my daughter would cry during examinations- she made no effort to sing-song or be playful to get her to stop. All of that and because it was close to where we lived, I let it go. If you ever met her in person would never think this a Kids Doctor. The Day she gave the ultimatum I knew I was done. Found an amazing Pediatrician where I actually have a SAY in my childs care, recommendations are given sound reasoning and My child actually cries less because this Doctor understands Developmentally appropriate ways to engage a baby whos scared. I wish Id switched earlier.

My sons cancer was caught very early because of Dr. Dalela's due diligence and thorough exams. In July we took our son to see Dr. Dalela for a swollen lymph node. She felt his liver was enlarged and recommended an ultrasound. 3 days later we found ourselves at cook childrens with our almost 2 year old son being diagnosed with stage 2 liver cancer. We had multiple doctors, including the head of oncology at cook childrens, praise Dr. Dalela because the liver was only slightly enlarged, and could have been easily missed. The lymph node that took us to see her was on the opposite side of the body and confirm through thorough testing to be unrelated to my son's cancer. She didnt have to exam my sons stomach but she did and it saved his life.
