Texas Health Orthopedic Surgery Center Heritage

My appointment was scheduled for hand surgery and I stated from the beginning that I intended to take Uber/Lyft home after the surgery. Once I got to the appointment 40 mins away at 5:30 am they told me I need to reschedule because rideshare pick up is against their policy but some how I should have known better or was lying about having already told them this was my plan from the beginning. I asked them for a resolution and they told me they were working on it, turns out they were calling the police. Unbelievable, truly disgusted and never been treated worse for any other kind of service. Update, I called the below number to make this complaint just to be told how its all my fault anyway. I'm amazed how fast I recovered from my carpal tunnel surgery. Due to a wrist fracture on my left hand, the thumb and pointer finger were totally numb. Two months after surgery, I had full feeling in my entire left hand. The scar is no longer visible. Dr Fleager and staff were excellent. Thank you!

Dr. Fleager is the best. She is the only doctor I have had that has been able to fix 100% of my issues.

I couldn't be more happy with our experience at this surgery center. Dr. Fleager is wonderful, the flow from check-in to post-op is efficient and smooth, and the staff is warm and professional. On a day that can be stressful we felt confident and at ease throughout the entire process. Thank you!!

Had Surgery there with Dr. Briseno, cannot say enough about him and his staff. It is very hard to have great medical care these days, but this place superseded my expectations! Highly recommend this facility to anyone needing surgery. The Process was seamless, and staff was incredible too. Thank you again for the Great Care!
