This place!!!!! I enjoyed the customer service above all! My 5 year old (under evaluation for autism), received a referral from school and needed an exam. We had gone to another place prior to Pack. The experience was pretty bad as my daughter was not comfortable nor verbal with the man. I took her to Pack and every woman there made my daughter feel special. They took their time explaining things to her, ask her permission to touch her, waited for her response, I can go on and on. She received none of this at the other place prior to Pack. I truly appreciate and thank you so much. I 100% will recommend to anyone!

Dr. Alisha was awesome! Super friendly and explained everything in a way I understood. I'm very glad I selected her for my eye care needs and I finally have an optometrist I can rely on! See ya next year!

Amazing service, the doctor was professional and know her craft. She takes the time to care for her patients and listens to what their needs are. I would 100% recomend anyone to come see her. She always goes above and beyond for her patients.
