I have been with Epic Office Solutions for over a year now, and I can say that everything they told me that they were going to do, happened just like they said it would. I have been with a few copier companies and by far, they are the best. Great job!

Daniel, with Epic Office Solutions did a great job on the diagnosis of our copier. I had it diagnosed previosly at the charge of a service call. The diagnosis didn't seem right. I called Epic who sent Daniel out and diagnosed at no charge. Daniel worked with me to get parts at a good price and copier is back in production for under 1/2 the cost of the previous estimate.

Any time we have a problem with our copier, Daniel responds quickly. And he stays until the problem is resolved. One day he was here most of the morning and had 2 people on conference call to figure out what the problem was. But he got it fixed. I know when we have an issue with our copier, he will get it resolved.
