Dr. Norris and his entire staff are very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly answer all questions I had about my surgery, and my procedure went very well. If you need a urogynecologist, you can't go wrong with Dr. Norris!

Staff very unprofesional, since day one, the lady put me on hold two different times for more than 30 minutes, very mean I don't think she knows what she was doing, they finally gave me the appointment for my mother-in-law for Monday the 6th, Fiday the 3rd they called me to tell me that the Dr. does not take her insurance after they had send me the paperwork to fillout, I don't understand why they did not pay attention until the day before her appointment, they made her waste all these time not finding another Dr. I can't rate the Dr. because we never met him, but for sure his business is gonna go down hill with that kinda staff that he has, I don't know why people work in something they don't like, they are miserable and want everyone else to be as well.

Dr Norris is very nice! Takes his time. Doesnt rush in and out like most doctors but yet still stays on schedule. Explains everything so you understand and answers all your questions.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Dr.Norris spent time explaining everything,answering any questions I had. Great experience,which these days hard to find a Dr. that seems to care about his patients and their problems. Not just rushed in an out.Thank you
