If you are not accepting new patient, please update your profile on insurance profile. We shouldn't have to call every doctor and ask if they are accepting new patient when clearly on their profile on the insurance page, it says they are.

Imagine searching for hours online for a new gynecologist after relocating to a new cityreading thousands of reviews & finally deciding, yes, I found one thats perfect for me! Then I call her office & Im told they arent accepting any new patientshuge disappointment . Who monitors these websites anyway? Let the public know that the doctor is not accepting patients so that hopefuls arent calling to make appointments only to be turned downcan you say false advertisement?

I have to take a moment and talk about this incredible human that is my doctor. Yall, I dont even have enough words to describe her. She is a god sent angel. She is the most compassionate, caring, loving, sympathetic, understanding, considerate, and empathetic doctor I have EVER witness. The entire time I was under her care she listened to EVERY word, concern, and fear I had. She made this whole experience for me and because of her, I will always cherish my pregnancy and birth experience. I tear up thinking about how much I love this doctor because she is just that kind of doctor. She is one in a million. She feels like family. She always made me feel like her priority and her family. I never left her office unheard, ashamed of my feelings/fears, or confused. She supported my every decision throughout my pregnancy. Her postpartum care is just as amazing. She truly cares about her patients. Dr. Tse, God hand chose you for me and Im forever grateful for your care. Absolutely NO ONE can compare to this incredible doctor.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. TSE and her medical office that compelled me to share my thoughts and concerns. My interaction with her office left me feeling frustrated, misled, and utterly dissatisfied, making it one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a healthcare provider. From the very beginning, the support and service from Dr. TSE's office were subpar. The lack of professionalism and transparency was concerning. It's disheartening to say that I was lied to on multiple occasions during my interactions with her and her staff. This is something no patient should ever have to endure. One of the most shocking aspects of my experience was Dr. TSE's claim that she was dedicating her time to delivering babies, which was supposedly the reason for the poor service within her office. However, when the time came for her to deliver my baby, she was nowhere to be found. Instead, another random doctor was tasked with the responsibility of bringing our child into the world. This inconsistency between her words and actions was deeply troubling and, frankly, unacceptable. Even more frustrating was the fact that her own staff confirmed she was working that day and was present at the hospital. Despite this, she refused to fulfill her duties as our obstetrician and chose not to show up for the delivery. This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is simply inexcusable and had a profound impact on my family's experience. I feel compelled to share this review to ensure that others do not make the same mistake I did by choosing Dr. TSE as their healthcare provider. My family's experience with her was characterized by a lack of integrity, poor communication, and a failure to uphold the responsibilities of her profession. It is my sincere hope that my review serves as a warning to potential patients, prompting them to carefully consider their options and seek out a healthcare provider who prioritizes patient care and professionalism above all else.
