Jennifer Uxer, DO

This is an early review, but after having a terrible experience with my first ob/gyn, I decided to search for a new doctor and found Dr. Uxer. What a sigh of relief that I found her. She was incredible during my first visit: attentive, educational, patient, warm and engaging (and so funny!). She truly listed to everything I had to say/ask and never rushed. It feels like she truly cares and wants to ease your nerves about anything that may be bothering you. Fantastic care and I just know my future visits with her will be great.

Utterly disappointed. We had an appointment at 1:15pm. We show up at 1:15. My wife was in pain, the staff casually informed that its canceled. No call what so ever. When we are at the front desk, met a rude lady who said she will talk to her supervisor and just started working and didnt care. Noeye contact while takking. She is busy in her own world. Very poor service, disappointing to know such a nice doctor has such poor service. Will never visit. Worst customer service. Management needs to address the non existent customer service. Useless.

We drove 45 mins to the other side of town only to be rudely informed that our appointment is canceled. I was in pain and they didnt seem to care at all. Extremely disappointed with the staff! Definitely not coming here again.

Dr. Uxer is hands down the best! I am so grateful to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Uxer was my ob and delivered my son at her old office in Round Rock/Austin in 2021. Shortly after he was born I got a letter saying she moved to Ft. Worth. 2.5 years later we ended up moving east of Ft. Worth at 29 weeks pregnant and am under her care once again. Shes the absolute best, is so sweet, and takes her time with you at appointments. She is definitely worth following unintentionally from Austin to Dallas.
