Ive been here twice for an anatomy scan and have had amazing experiences! Both appointments were scheduled in the mornings and I waited in the lobby no more than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Fitzwater, he was funny and made me and my family very comfortable. All of the workers here were very nice.

Absolute worst experience possible. We waited over an hour in the waiting room. No help, no explanation, when asked, they just told us to sit down. Complete clownery. Zero respect for your time. What is the point of giving appointment times if we aren't going to use them?

After going doctor to doctor I was sent here for a high risk pregnancy.. I was assigned to give birth with McMaster. But I didnt see her every time I went. I saw nearly every doctor at this location. I have ZERO complaints. They are the best doctors Ive had EVER, made sure my baby was ok - ultrasounds every apt & managed my diabetic & preeclampsia care. Also, Elaine (if thats how you spell it) the nurse practitioner is a sweet, amazing woman. The ultrasound techs are sweet and love to talk & get the best ultrasound photos. If I was to ever be pregnant again I would choose here 20000000x ! Best care In Fort Worth. Thank you guys for doing everything and dealing with me so well bringing me a healthy baby.

This is my 3rd year , I came in 2020, 2021 and now 2023. I've had nothing but good experiences. Everyone is so kind , and friendly. The Drs are very informative and help you feel comfortable, and you truly feel like they care. I have no complaints about the wait time either, I've never had to wait extreme times. The only complaint I have , and reason I gave 4 instead 5 stars. Is this pregnancy, my first visit was on Wednesday the 28th , (in the past I always received my sonogram pics within 24hrs) and this time which I was unaware because I wasn't informed at my appt, I called and was told it could take up to 2 weeks. That makes me very upset because by the time I get the pics my baby won't even be that size anymore. And also the father is missing out. (He wasn't able to make the appt as he works overnights). As a past patient I see no reason for such a long time frame. Hope they change that in the future.

The wait time here is atrocious. Out of the 4 appointments Ive had thus far, Ive had to wait at least 1 hour in the lobby each time. After waiting the hour in the lobby, there is then an additional wait time in the room to be seen by a sono tech, and additional wait time after the ultrasound for the doctor visit. A typical appointment usually takes 3+ hours from start to finish. Their scheduling system seems completely inefficient at best. I literally dont understand the point of making people wait in the lobby for such a long amount of time. If there are no rooms or sono techs available, dont schedule the appointments this way. Im writing this review as I wait in the lobby. My appointment time was 3:30 PM, its now 4:40 PM.
