        If I could give 0 stars, I would. We are currently using Aveanna for medical supplies for my two infants. Aveanna has NO IDEA what they are doing and have called multiple times to ask the same question to update the orders and then when I call to check on the status of their supplies they cannot provide one. They have long wait times, horrible customer service, and the respiratory department has NEVER answered. I have to demand someone from another department help me. This is hands down the worst medical supply company I have ever worked with.
