Honestly overall their service was good, however when I went to get my nails done when I was 13 as a treat for my dad they knew it was my first time doing nails so they charged 75$ for a short set and said they were gel nails and they last longer which they where not. They knew what they were doing and did it on purpose thats not fair to be because they listed up there that it would be 40$ and didnt even say they would do something different. I even got a sensation burning and she ignored it the nails only lasted 2 weeks with lists of damage and no regrowth of now I pay 40$ for a way better set and they will not come out chunky if you go to a private nail tech it will be better than this I was not satisfied And I got basic nails dont have a set price Im so mad never go here do not recommend that they scam kids out their money very shameless people
