Visited this place for the first time today with my mom and daughter after trying to go to the one in Lake Worth. The manager there referred us to this location that they also own because they had more staff here today. We were helped pretty much right away but that's about the extent of the good I can say. Mom and I wanted to try short coffin nails for something different. The lady doing my mom's nails kept getting frustrated with my mom because my mom wanted her nails shorter and asked several times. The lady was visibly annoyed and started getting really rough with my mom's hands. Then the lady doing my nails completely ignored my request for the coffin shape and made them a horrible oval shape. When I explained again what I wanted and pointed at my mom's nails for reference, she got annoyed and started filing my nails really rough and made them even worse. I looked at them and told her no, absolutely not. She started taking them off to start over and she and mom's tech immediately started talking in their own language and you just KNOW they were talking about us. She reapplied the tips and started filing really rough and cut my fingers several times. I told her to be careful because I am diabetic and it takes a long time for me to heal, she literally rolled her eyes and kept filing. Worst manicure ever, my nails are way longer than I wanted but at that point I was just ready to be done. The tech doing my pedicure,however, was the sweetest person and did amazing, even when she accidently hurt my toe that had an ingrown toenail she immediately apologized and made sure I was ok. We ended up waiting another 20 minutes after we were done so my mom could have someone file her nails down a little shorter. The lady who did that did a terrible job and before mom could even say anything the lady said "You're done" and got up and walked away. Thank God the women who worked on my daughter did a decent job because they would not have liked to deal with mama bear if they were rude to my kid. $220 later and it's safe to say we will not be going back. So disappointed since we were only looking for a relaxing girl's day out and a good experience. I am not racist by any means, but I find it incredibly offensive when the people working on you start talking in their language and side eyeing you. Just so rude.

Horrible customer service. The small young girl working the front desk is SO RUDE & MEAN! And the owner and her son just gossip about everyone! Also, it appears that theyre NOT sterilizing their instruments either!
