I find it weird that I never personally scheduled any appointments and havent been on the app but somehow I skipped out on appointments scheduled for me without my knowledge. No phone call, no email no anything. The only way I found out I was no longer accepted into the doctor is I took my wife for an appointment and tried to schedule a physical after her appointment and I was told Im ineligible due to no shows. That was very embarrassing for me and super unprofessional on their part.

I arrived for my appointment early in the morning(9am) of March 3, only to be told that my appointment had been canceled. I was visibly upset and inquired to know why, only to be told that they didn't take my insurance. This is after I had made the appointment and filled all my information, including insurace, online. I even received an email the confirming my appointment. I had been given the name of this doctor by my insurance, mind you, and my insurance was listed on their website when I made the appointment. I showed her the email I had from my insurance confirming that this doctor was in the network. She insisted that the information was inaccurate. I understand mistakes/errors happen but what upset me more is that they didn't bother to call me or email me to let me know that they had canceled my appointment. When I asked why the nurse at the front looked me right in the eye and lied that they had called me. no missed call from them on my cellphone, no voicemail, nothing. Not even an email. That is unacceptable, very unprofessional to lie about it even. No apology, straight up lying. it is even worse considering that to get an appointment you have to wait up to two weeks even more. Horrible experience.

If you are looking for a HOME DOCTOR!! This is the place to be!!!! The doctors are Awesome!!! They listen to you!! And will go over and Beyond!! Too help you!!! The FRONT DESK STAFF IS da BEST!!! Very sweet ladys!!! If u call they will most definitely call you back and answer the questions to best of their ability and if they cant they will point you to the right direction!! Love love love this place I miss dr.Amber and dr.burrows
