I had the worst experience of my life and was over-charged substantially!!!!!!! Border line white collar crime activity, NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!!!!!!!!!

These doctor/providers just don't want to or care to work. They just lie to you and tell you what youd like to hear!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

This place is great. They have amazing communication, great staff, and the advance practitioners and doctors are wonderful. I had a 7:20am appointment this morning and was out the door with labs at 7:45

I have been a patient of Dr Stuntz for 25 years but he retired in January. Since then my experiences with Baylor Scott and White family medicine have been less than satisfactory. On Tuesday March 5th I saw Katherine Vinson NP and was diagnosed with Bacterial Bronchitis. A chest X-ray was taken to check for pneumonia. I was told someone would let me know the results that afternoon or the next morning. I forgot to ask if it was contagious so I went on the MYBSW portal and asked the question at 3:00 am this morning. I have called a total of 5 times to try and find out the answer to my question so I can go to work but I still dont have the answer. I really need to know if I can go to work. One of the persons answering the phone said yes it was contagious but I explained I had conflicting information and wanted clarification . At last someone called me back and said she was from Dr Phans office. She said she was helping out Katherine Vinson because she was very busy. She said it was NOT contagious and when I said someone I talked to said it was she hung up on me.
So here it is a whole day has gone by and I dont know if I have pneumonia or if I am contagious. I am so disillusioned and frustrated since I cant seem to get any help.
This is now two days after my visit and I still have no information. Whenever you call BSW Family Medicine the only people you can reach are schedulers. They said someone would call me back today. I explained that I need to know if I can go to work. They just reiterated that someone would call me back.
