I rent through mainstreet renewal and they hired Adair to come out to address a plumbing issue. They came out and ran a camera and found a break in the sewer line under the slab. Weeks went by and according to Mainstreet they would never submit a bid to fix the problem even after we called Adair and asked them to please submit a bid. So finally the rental company hired a different contractor to come out and hopefully do what Adair couldnt, Im guessing the job was too big for them.

AMS has been a full service contractor from minor service work to large scale bid projects they have come thru time and time again. Top notch service!
