        We purchased our fleet of forklifts in 2014 from Equipment Depot and have had them systematically maintained and repaired from day 1 by them. Equipment Depot's Fort Worth in the field repair guys have always performed their maintenance AND repairs with commonsense our long-term best interest in mind. Recently a major part broke in 1 of the oldest machines. The repairman John helped me understand it and helped begin a practical approach to getting it fixed in a fair and equitable way. He initiated a plan that involved my new sales rep. Austin and Johns supervisor Jason. A fair plan was made and our forklift is fixed. I am compelled to write this as I have experienced way too companies prioritize short term profits over long-term relationships. Thanks to all at Equipment Depot!!
