        My wife and I were just in there this morning to get our massages that were already booked and paid for when the staff who is very rude said that our carddid not go through and had not been charged since December. This is an ongoing issue with this place here we had asked to see the manager manager came out was very rude and it was not helpful. Also automatically she canceled her membership without even calling us back and saying that the membership was canceled I do not I repeat do not recommend anybody to go to this location here there is one in North Richmond Hills and theres other locations that you need to That are probably way better than this location so again staff is very rude.
