We just received a lawn treatment on a rainy day, in the middle of a stretch of rainy days, after corporate called and said it wouldn't be applied due to the rain rendering the treatment ineffective. Typical.

I came here to post a bad review and noticed that every single review is terrible! Does TruGreen even look at this? After only four treatments, I just cancelled my service over the phone. Of the four, I think I've had to call and complain on three of them. On our second treatment, we had very obvious bad weeds in the front and back and the note that was left said that he did and iron treatment. I called and they sent him back out the next day to treat the weeds. Yesterday I received and phone message saying he would be out today and to please leave my gate unlocked. I unlocked it this morning and also have my wife working from home five feet from the front door. I got a message this afternoon saying my treatment could not be completed. The app says that my treatment is now scheduled for tomorrow, but right next to it, it can't be completed either! I called and left a message, but after several hours called back. The representative was nice enough, but she had no answers for me. She couldn't tell me why he didn't come and said she would schedule me for next week. I cancelled service at that point, but she kept asking me if my gate was unlocked and mentioned that he might have gone to the wrong location, stating that it happens all the time. I live in a new neighborhood and I'm pretty sure nobody will be using TruGreen after my experience.

They like to treat yards when people are gone so then they don't get yelled at and they like to send their people to the "wrong" address. Their stuff doesn't even work!

I've been using them year-round for 6 years and my yard is covered in broad-leaf weeds. I feel like this is unacceptable.
