Smoothie King

I waited over 27-35 minutes for one smoothie with no other customer in site. My arrival was 8:20 and left at 8:50. No management in site. I waited for a unknown white look like a hunk of clay it was horrible. The employee was looking like nothing wrong. My muscle punch pink. She say she forgot the strawberries. Horrible experience. Waste of money.

Completely understaffed they had tons of people and online orders but no one there really to make the orders. Waited over an hours literally for 2 smoothies. The reason for me writing this review is because after waiting over 45 minutes then some lady comes strolling from the back as if theres nothing to do. I will be going to another smoothie drink spot thats company actually cares enough about its employees and customers to make sure their store is running properly

My drinks are always perfectly made and staff are friendly everytime I come by no matter how busy or stressful they feel. This is a rare experience in a drive thru which is why I dont go where the visit is not like this.

Showed up at 8:15 p.m and lights were off and they were closed. Posted closing time was 9 PM. Disappointed.
