        Insurance went from 4500$ to 7300$ in one year. When I called them their response was "Oh, we just raised the rates for all Surplus Accounts." Great, I called USAA and got a quote for 3800. Goodbye Wellington and your ever increasing rates. Talk about a blessing in disguise.
