I checked in and got up to my room only to find dark stains on my bed. I was told that they wash the sheets, but sometimes the stains don't come out. I think that when sheets get this bad, they should just replace them. I immediately checked back out and canceled my reservation, and found a different hotel.

Add another 50 dollars to the room for deposit fee and also the place smelled like a smoke pit despite it being a non-smoking hotel.

We changed room 3 times, the first one had bed bugs, the second one had a water leak from the upper room, and the third one had bed bugs again, the breakfast was just cereal and the worst orange juice you could have, no iron for the clothes, and saw a broken window in the parking, Id say 1 star its a lot

Today was shocking, I have traveled with a Service Dog for over a decade across the country and even out of country.
Today I was trying to check into the Days Inn by Wyndham Fort Worth North / Fossil Creek. I have almost never brought a Service Dog up to the check in desk for check in as its just not needed generally for the five minutes it takes to check in. After charging my card and assigning me a room the hotel refused me lodging due to the dog because they claimed that legally the dog is required to be with a person 24/7. The hotel staff ripped my ID, debit card and hotel keys from my hand when I declared my Service Dog.
They then argued with me stating that the law required that he be with me. I told them I can go get him and show him to them (which i know for a fact is not required) they said no we do not allow pets in our hotel. I reaffirmed he is a task trained service dog and not a pet.
They were unable to show any proof that the law required that he needed to be with me. They told me I could call the cops if I want but theyre denying me regardless. While giving me a refund they were snickering and texting other people. When I asked for the managers email and phone number they denied the information saying they dont work weekends I got my refund and left now stranded in DFW.
