        The staff at the Grand are absolutely the BEST! They are so incredibly friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile. I left my cat Emma with them and she happened to be staying there on her birthday. Not only did they email me the most adorable photos of her on her actual birthday, but when I returned from vacation to pick her up, they sent us home with a sweet birthday card signed by everyone at The Grand. It gives me such peace of mind when I go out of town that I am leaving Emma with people who care about her as much as I do! Thank you to Katie, Jessica, Gaby, Mikayla, Sydney, Robin, Annie, Diana, Justine, and everyone at the Park for providing the best customer and pet care!
