Its a great experience, They have very good room service, I needed different things like toothpaste and toothbrush because I forgot them, I ordered food delivered to the lobby, extra pillows and blankets, food from the hotel and they brought everything to my room without need to tell them and without extra charges, always very attentive and diligent during the time of my stay.

This hotel has a couple things that are good. If you need a comfy bed and a TV that works this is your hotel. There were so many weird things at this hotel. The lamp by the TV stayed on all of the time. To get the light to shut off the bulb needed to be twisted to shut off. Thank goodness we have an electrician in the family. The lamp was plugged into the wrong outlet behind the TV so we fixed it. You just have to wonder how long its been like that. Most likely since the hotel opened. One of the most awful things about our stay was the noise factor. We heard the rooms next to us and people talking in the hallway. The hotel is styled like a nice college dorm room. The cleanliness could be improved. The floor in the room was sticky. Almost like they used too much soap to scrub the floor. The water for our shower was just warm and then cool for the second shower. But the next morning we had hot water. This is a small thing. The outside garbage can was ridiculously far from the front door. Those things matter when youre tired and just want to go to bed. The other thing was the clock was still set on daylight savings time. I would expect my staff to take the time to adjust this for our guest. The front desk staff was always friendly. The attention to detail in this hotel is lacking. The cold showers and thin walls were kinda a big deal. We would not stay here again.
